Creative Community Singapore is a MICA initiative to promote and support creative projects by the community. carbon developed an interactive website with an animated flash homepage complete with illustrations, audio effects and copywriting to reflect the vibrant mood of the creative organisation. The site is backed by a customised content management system and a data with their grant management system (GMS). |
