10TouchPoints is a nationwide 3-phased redesign programme that involves the community, designers and service providers. carbon was commissioned to design and create a website that will present, describe and facilitate the 3 independent phases. This included customised backend modules for a voting and nomination system, user registration, and an administrative module. |
